Baked Falalfel

Baked Falafel

Baked Falafel

Since I started this diet, I was deprived from fried food and since falafel is my addiction, I did a small research and I discovered that its the oil that its fried in that carries all the calories. Add the bread to it and you get double the calorie count. So as you see in the image above, I used the same ingredients for the falafel but baked instead of fried and a salad instead of a sandwich. It tastes Fantastic!

This is a must try, its a big hit amongst my friends and family and they keep asking for it. I’m thinking of opening a small falafel kiosk hahaha
