Easy Tortellini Salad
I was hungry and what was in my fridge like every Lebanese fridge tomatoes, green pepper, bit of olives and some mozzarella cheese. I checked the pantry and it was EMPTY but a bag of tortellini stood still. I remembered my basil plant on the balcony so HEY why not make a salad!
Since then this recipe became dear to my heart, I highly recommend it for those who want an easy to make salad to show off with.
Ingredients:
For the salad:
Bag of tortellini
Tomatos
Olives
Green Pepper
Basil
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
For the dressing:
Lemon Zest
Dijon Mustard
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
